In a fully renovated farm house among the colours of the Marche countryside, 2 miles only far from the Adriatic sea and from the centre of Senigallia town resort, we have independent fully furnished two room + bath  flats to let. In this private area you will find the ideal place for your holidays: the  quiet of the place, relax, autonomy, fragrances and colours typical of the Marche County together with comfort, facilities, and cordiality of the owners, will make you feel entirely to your ease.

These country house apartments are fully furnished(kitchen, bathroom with bath end shower, washing machine, hairdryer, TV , radio clock, ironing kit and safety box), also offer the possibility to eat outside under shady pergola and may give hospitality up to 6 people.
 Available for the guests a large garden, swimming pool with deck chairs and beach umbrella, a bowling field, a tennis table, soccer table, a barbeque and parking.

Senigallia is a very nice town resort famous for its beach called “velvet beach” where you can find many shopping centres, pubs, bars, cinemas, sports facilities, local restaurants, pizza restaurants, fast food, etc.

Near Senigallia, (15/20 minutes driving), many wonderful Medieval villages may be visited.You can also reach, in a short time (from 40 up to 60 minutes driving) the famous Frasassi Caves, the Gradara Castle, the Republic of St Marino, Loreto anf its beautiful Sanctuary , Urbino with is history and his university, the Cattolica’s Water Park le Navi,theRiccione’s Aquafan and The Oversea Park.   With 2 hours driving you can reach Assisi, Perugia, Bologna,Norcia .Up to 3 - 4 hours driving you can reach Rome,Venice,Naples,florence.

During the year, in Senigallia, there are numerous celebration, shows, festival, local food and wine tasting.
