Weekly costs with a self catering accommodations  with max 4 people 

• Low  season -  1 April - 18 June --- 630 euro x Week
• M id. season -  19 June - 16 July / 29 Aug – 17 Sept --- 770 euro x week
• High season -  17 July - 28 Aug  --- 980 euro x week

With  2 people only Bed & Breakfast  inclusive packet * (see extra below ) included on price!

With 5 or 6 people extra payment depending on season low 10- mid 15  higt  20 euro daily par person.                          If the fifth one or sixth guest it is less than 18 years old supplement reduced of 50%

Extra

• Bed & Breakfast  : 10 euro daily par person if requested  ( included with 2 guest only )
• B&B inclusive packet: Kitchen supplied with breakfast provision like coffee, the, milk, sugar,butter, squared bread, jam, biscuits, bed sheets - 3 towels, tablecloth weekly supply + final cleaning Jacuzzi 2 daily session (30+30minutes)
• Extra 20 euro daily payment par person for less than 7 days reservation.
• Extra 15euro payment par person for check-out between 10a.m. and 6.00p.m.(if possible).
• Apartment given clean to clean or  40euro for cleanings (no with B&B or with two people only).
• Clean laundry kit supply: 20 euro weekly par person (included with B&B) ( bed sheets, 3 towels, tablecloth ).
• Use of Jacuzzi  5 euro each 30minutes  session (up to 4 people par session )(included with b&b).
• Children between  0 and 24 month are free guest. Available for them high chairs.

SELF CATERING RATES INCLUDE

• electric energy, gas, cold and warm water, central heating 19°(winter time).
• use of swimming pool deck chairs and beach umbrella
• use of the games - use barbecue - use of  car place.

GENERAL  CONDITIONS

• Arrival and departure :  Saturday or Sunday check-in after 12.30pm – check-out before 10am
• Paiment  of 20% at the reservation
• Final payment (cash or check) + 300 euro as safe deposit (to be refund the day of the departure) together with registration and delivery of the keys.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, referring to the 1-1-2005  Italian  law.
• PETS: dogs occasionally admitted depending on size and touristic situation at the moment of the require and previous agreement with owner .
