• communicate your own personal I.D.
• receive the banking coordinates in order to deposit in a bank account, pointing out the motive of it (booking), an amount of money equal to the 30% of the total cost of the stay.As soon as possibleYou will receive,  to your address, a receipt as confirmation of your booking.

The day of the arrival, together with registration, sign of lease and delivery of the keys, the family leader or the tenants group leader, will curry out:

• the payment of the remain balance of 70% of the cost of the stay
• the payment of a cautionary deposit of 300 euro that will be entirely returned at the end of the stay excepted for compensation for damage, loss of keys or remote controls, extra services required and not paid directly.
• Rinounce to stay or anticipated departure will give place to the reimbursement for the stay paid and not anjoyed and to the loss of 30% of booking.

• CONDITIONS FOR ANIMALS :The owners of dogs are responsible of their nourishment and care, maintenance of the cleaning of the places for them predisposed as well as, civilly and penally, for damages caused by them to things end/or people. The dogs have to be kept to the leash inside the property and tenants are not allowed to introduce them inside the apartments.
